September 2010 trat das Gesetz vom 20. Mai 2010 zur \u00c4nderung des Gesetzes - Strafgesetzbuch, des Gesetzes \u00fcber die Polizei, des Gesetzes - Einf\u00fchrung des Strafgesetzbuches und des Gesetzes - Strafprozessordnung (Gesetzblatt Nr. 98, Pos. 626) in Kraft. Bis dahin wurde dieses Verbrechen in Polen haupts\u00e4chlich auf der Grundlage von Artikel 3 des Protokolls zur Verh\u00fctung, Bek\u00e4mpfung und Bestrafung des Menschenhandels, insbesondere des Frauen- und Kinderhandels, in Erg\u00e4nzung des \u00dcbereinkommens der Vereinten Nationen gegen die grenz\u00fcberschreitende organisierte Kriminalit\u00e4t, das von der Generalversammlung der Vereinten Nationen am 15. November 2005 angenommen wurde, definiert (GBl. 2005, Nr. 18, Pos. 160). Au\u00dferdem wurden die Definitionen des Rahmenbeschlusses des Rates der Europ\u00e4ischen Union (2002\/629\/JI) vom 19. Juli 2002 zur Bek\u00e4mpfung des Menschenhandels und des \u00dcbereinkommens des Europarates zur Bek\u00e4mpfung des Menschenhandels (das \u00dcbereinkommen trat am 1.
