Who exactly is an activist?
An activist is a person who literally activates a society that campaigns for social change. A beautiful aspect of humanity is that as people we have power to change things that we disagree with – whether it’s about how our food is made or whether it’s about vaccinating children, abortion, racial, gender or other discrimination. When you start to take action to make others aware of the problems you want to solve you become an activist.
